"We wanted to pass along kind words from a customer after her install. 😊

We were following up after her install and she had nothing but high praise! She shared that she loved him, the work he did was very professional, he did an excellent job, and made her space work for her in the moment (ceiling height adjustment)."

Headlines
Hello everyone, and welcome to the inspired call. Today’s call will be pretty short as we have a lot going on across all markets.

Covid on the Rise
In my last call on Dec 29, we talked about how we were seeing more information in the news about the rise of Covid infections. From my experience, we are seeing the highest installer callout rates with this new variant than any other.

Be advised that if you have any symptoms of Covid-19, you should call the Penmarc Coordinators to be removed from the schedule. You can then quarantine for a total of five days and get tested at the end of five days. If the test comes back negative, we will return you to the schedule. If you choose not to get tested, we will hold you from the schedule for a total of 10 days.

While I know it may seem unavoidable, there are steps you can take to help reduce your risk of infection. Our advice is to follow the CDC guidelines on preventing getting sick:

Because of the rise of infection, customers are a lot more sensitive about this so we ask that all installers place their masks on BEFORE you knock on the door. Remember, first impressions set the tone for the entire installation, so start off on the right foot.

Also, invest in CDC-suggested face masks and avoid gator covers, handkerchiefs, or homemade cloth masks.

TCS has reminded us that they will remove installers from the schedule if they see an issue with someone not wearing masks. Let’s just do our part and not make this an issue at all.

New Market News
We are officially up and running in our newest market, Northern California – the Greater San Francisco area! The entire Penmarc Team is hard at work getting to know this new market, and we know we need a lot of new installers in the San Jose and San Francisco proper areas. If you know anyone or are interested in transferring to this area, please let us know!

Business Update
For the Business Update this week, in my latest update with our partners at TCS they stated that we should be on the other side of the Avera Backorder issues. In other words, the number of Avera installs being delayed will subside after this week. And whether an item is known to be backorder, missing, or damaged, ensure you contact TCS Installation Services to report any issue that will require a second visit and additional product sent to the customer.

Speaking of reporting, I’ve started to notice a rise in billing having to reach out to installers to complete Cruxos. I have directed the Market Managers to pay additional attention to Cruxos accuracy and completion rates so that we can put a cap on this. There’s honestly no good excuse anyone can give me on why they cannot complete Cruxos in real-time. If you’re experiencing signal strength issues, you should notify your market manager, and we still expect Cruxos to be fully complete by 7 pm every day. If you’re experiencing more significant Cruxos issues, you should reach out to Support@cruxos.com and copy your market manager and TCScoordinator@penmarcspaces.com.

Safety/Training
There’s been a lot in the news as of late regarding COVID-19. We ask that you stay up to date on the latest information and heed all CDC guidelines. As always, each installer should be in a mask during every installation. You should have your mask on when you knock on the door. We also ask that all of you stock up on shoe booties.

Spirit of Excellences
We’ve continued to get positive feedback from TCS and TCS Customers.

Luiz Gusmao (Subcontractor – Washington, DC)
"The installation went great and we love the new area. Thanks so much for your help and for the team who did the install. They were so professional, friendly, and fast. Appreciate all the help we got from you and the team. We loved our overall experience with your store and will for sure consider using your services again in the future."
– TCS Avera Customer (via email forwarded to Penmarc)

Keith Gober (Subcontractor – Houston, TX)

That’s all for today everyone.
Thank you all for your efforts each day! Keep it up – stay the course and stay safe.
