Shout Out of the Week:
Steven Sigley (Subcontractor – Delaware)
"[The customer] had high praise for the installer she had who did all 5 closets in one day. She admired how pleasant and professional he was even when he had a long day's work. She absolutely loves all the closets and could not say enough about the finished product and the installation process."

The Inspired Podcast
Inspired Podcast Summary:
Hello Everyone and welcome to the first day of the last month of 2021. We hope that you had a great Thanksgiving Holiday with your friends and family and that each of you was filled not only with food but with gratitude for what you have.
We have a few headlines this week. As you have heard us mention several times, we are moving into the Northern California Market – the Greater San Francisco area, and that transition is set to take place next week! The entire Penmarc Team is hard at work making plans to onboard over 20 new installers and it’s always a lot of work. I’m many of you who were in this situation in years past remember what it was like – who’s this new kid on the block? I know some of you thought we were just another middleman and not much would change; however, I know from talking to just about all of you that while the transition was hard, we agree our business relationship has improved your installation experience and if anything, you feel more supported and paid on time 😊 So as we approach our the next few weeks we ask that you be understanding that we may be tied up with our new North Cal friends.
Task Updates are Coming – No Wait They Are Here!
Last call I mentioned that Task Updates were coming! Well, they are here! We have officially started to roll out a new task structure for Measure and ISVs. Many of you will not see the new structure until later this month as we begin to implement it. The Office Team and the Cruxos Team continue to work on the other job types and we hope to start that implantation by the new year.
Add your own spaces to Measure or ISV!
Attached to the newsletter are instructions on how to add spaces for a Measure or ISV! You have always been able to do this directly from the app, but now we have a quick instruction guide on how-to. This will save you and our time.
Heads-up that we will be shipping all installers additional Shirts by the end of January. If you’ve lost some weight or ate too much at Thanksgiving and need to update your shirt size, please email Erica or the coordinators.
For the Business Update this week, I want to emphasize that we are heading into one of the slowest times for Elfa installation. We are only 3 weeks away from the start of the Annual Elfa Sale and we know from past years, the weeks leading up to the sale are slow. Unless of course, you install Avera systems. The avera promotion will end soon - there may be an extension for those customers who are “in the purchasing process” – but avera installers will continue to see consistent work throughout December.
Remember, all installers should be calling for authorization on ISVs.
Be sure to Call TCS installation services when you have a Missing, Damaged, or back ordered product.
Document all missing and damaged items in Cruxos
Answer “NO” to the question, “Is the installation 100% complete?” if you have any missing, back ordered, or damaged products.
There’s been a lot in the news as of late regarding COVID-19. We ask that you stay up to date on the latest information and heed all CDC guidelines. As always, each installer should be in a mask during every installation. You should have your mask on when you knock on the door. We also ask that all of your stock be up on shoe booties. We have heard a few more complaints than usual on installers not having these.
Spirit of Excellences
We’ve continued to get positive feedback from TCS and TCS Customers.
Austin Louge (W2 Installer – Austin, TX)
“Installer Austin is here today and he has done an amazing job! We really appreciate it. The shelves look great and are installed perfectly…” – TCS Customer (via email direct to Penmarc)
Steven Sigley (Subcontractor – Delaware)
"[The customer] had high praise for the installer she had who did all 5 closets in one day. She admired how pleasant and professional he was even when he had a long day's work. She absolutely loves all the closets and could not say enough about the finished product and the installation process." – TCS Store Representative (via email direct to Penmarc)
Penmarc Coordinators! (Raleigh, NC)
"I just wanted to give some appreciation to all the coordinators. They are always a pleasure to talk to and willing to help. I really feel like a team, they have my back. Even on rare occasions when everything seems to be going wrong, they do a great job resolving issues, all while being very supportive and positive. I can't think of any exceptions. Thanks for all the unseen but crucial work you do that makes our lives as installers so much smoother." – Joe Phillips (Ace Installer, Houston Texas – sent via shoutout link!)
PS Thank you Joe for these thoughtful words.
That’s all for today everyone.
Thank you all for your efforts each day! Keep it up – stay the course and stay safe.
